These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the se999 website, mobile platform, and all services provided therein (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). • •Permitting any other person to use your account, including family members. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

se999's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your se999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms
